In news published by Bloomberg early this morning, it's been reported that Massenet has officially resigned from herposition as chairman of the recently merged companies. Insised sources have stated handed in her resignation after coming back from vacation prior to the statement being released by YOOX confirming the news.
The news comes as a shock as Massenet assumed to be chairman and to oversee editorial content of the combined company, Yoox Net-a-Porter Group.
