Models, Maillots, music and Mercedes Benz, those are the fabulous combination that describes what was and always is, one of the most anticipated events of the summer, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Each year like fashion moths to a paradisaical flame, all aspects of 'the industry' descend in droves upon the balmy tropical retreat known as Miami, to partake in this annual spectacular.
Sponsored by IMG Fashion and headquartered at the renowned Raleigh Hotel, Miami Swim brings together designers from around the globe to showcase their collections of swimwear and beach designs. Fashion lovers, stylists, editors and buyers, as well as a plethora of celebrities, all took their seats just beyond the catwalk to see the best and the brightest in Swim fashion. Here were some of our favorite shows from this year's presentation.
MINIMAL ANIMALE
What we loved:
1. Incorporation of fun floral patten popular this summer.
2. High cuts on the at the hips on the bottoms to help elongate the legs.
3. The peek-a-boo mesh designs that makes a lady feel sexy but not uncovered.
L-SPACE by MONICA WISE
What we loved:
1. Sexy yet wearable bikini's as well as one piece bathing suits.
2. Not only did she design great swimwear, but beautiful day to evening dresses.
3. Variety of designs. The line is one stop vacation packing shop.

What we loved:
1. The funky geometric twists with pops of color.
2. The designer reminding us that those vintage designes were always so sexy.
